Send us your website or a short overview, along with the main challenge or decision you are facing. We will come back with an invitation, usually inside one working day. Give us two times that suit you and we will take one of them.
What the fifteen minutes is

Booked as fifteen and kept to fifteen. If it needs to be longer we will arrange that separately rather than quietly running over.
On a video call, or the phone
Whichever you prefer. We send a link, and you do not need to install anything to join it from a browser.
No pitch and no deck
Questions about your business and where you want the brand to go, and an honest answer about whether we are the right people. If the answer is no, that is a useful fifteen minutes too.
What happens after
If it is clear we can help, we recommend a useful first step - the Commercial Foundation, or the one service you need now - and confirm the scope, the fee and the dates in a written proposal before you commit. Nothing starts until you have agreed it, and there is no automatic retainer behind it.
If it is clear we cannot, we will tell you on the call and point you at whoever can. Saying so is the only version of this call that is worth anybody’s fifteen minutes.
Would rather just type?
You do not have to book a call at all. A message is a perfectly good substitute, and it is how most South African businesses would rather start.
