QRTip

Scan, choose a person, choose an amount - plus an app for staff and one for owners.

QR-TIP on three phones: choosing a team member at a venue, picking a tip amount with the worker's savings goal
The brief
A tip has to be quicker than finding cash, or it does not happen. Staff need to see what they earned, and venue owners need the numbers without doing payroll by hand.
What we did
We built the customer tip flow from a venue QR code, the staff app with earnings, payouts, a personal QR code and badges, and the owner dashboard with analytics and payouts. Payments run in simulation for the pilot.
